Lead Lab is an intentioanlly culitvated small group led by our Pastoral Leaders where individuals from the Missiongathering Community who show interest and skills in leadership are brought together for an eight-week deep dive into Christian leadership together. Each person who completes the eight-week small group is invited and encouraged to step into leadership of their own small-group. While the focus of Lead Lab is to prepare Christ-centered small group leaders, the skills obtained throughout this eight-week group will assist the group member in being a better leader in every aspect of their life, work, and ministry. 

REQUIRED GROUP MATERIALS:

All group members are required to purchase the following books and have physical copies (either paper books or e-books) at the small group session every week:

·     “Discover Your Strengths” by Don Clifton (MUST be new copy so you can access test)

·     “The Emotionally Healthy Leader” by Peter Scazzero 

·     “Making Small Groups Work” by Henry Cloud and John Townsend 

·     “Courageous Leadership” by Bill Hybels 

**If cost prohibits you from purchasing these books, please let the small group leader know. Some scholarships are available.

WEEKLY MEETING: 

Lead Lab meets once a week on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30 at the home of Pastor Brandan Robertson in City Height, San Diego. Group members are asked to commit to attend every meeting. One absence is permitted. Please complete the assigned reading before you arrive at the small group meeting.
